Prior to founding A.Watts Collective, Alexis served as Director of Marketing and Public Relations for the City of Aurora Tourism Department, where she led citywide campaigns, media strategy, and high-visibility initiatives supporting tourism, economic development, and local businesses.
Her background spans franchises, destinations, business improvement districts, restaurants, attractions, and multi-location brands. She is known for translating complex marketing decisions into clear, actionable strategies and helping business owners focus on what truly moves the needle.
